Illegal Immigration Hurts?

Illegal immigration

Now here’s a real hot topic in America today. Countries in Europe and elsewhere in the world have monitored travel of their citizens for hundreds of years. In the United States we have two large borders, one with Mexico and another with Canada.

Our country was built by immigrants. We still have generous immigration laws allowing more to come. We cannot sustain huge, uncontrolled immigration into our country. Without control we also are inundated with criminals and of late, terrorists. What are your ideas for solving this explosive problem?

Some of my daughter-in-laws family just arrived from the Philippines after 20 years of waiting for legal immigration. It is just not far to make instant citizens of illegals who came a few years ago just because they have a job. We need to have control over who comes, including background checks for criminal activity.
